Things you should know about purchasing an Alarm System
A) Is the contractor licensed and insured for the work to be performed?
B) Be prepared to spend some time with the contractor, to insure that you understand what the system in tales. (hardwire or wireless) is there room for expansion in the future if needed?
C) Security systems have many options, have the contractor explain them to you and offer suggestions, then you decide which options you would like to include.
D) Understanding your options before the work begins will go a long way toward you becoming a satisfied Alarm System Owner when the work is complete.
E) Can you expect any damage to walls, molding etc. If so , to what extent will they be repaired at not cost to the home owner.
F) Shop around; feel comfortable with the contractor that you choose the lowest price is not always the best. Most contractors will work with you to make the system affordable to you.
